Shipping information:
All containers are “special” poly-plastic with pop-up (PC) applicators except in bulk 16 oz. and larger. Bulk containers larger than 5 gallons available on special order. UPS or other local transportation means will be used unless otherwise specified. Utah residents must add Utah sales tax. Call or e-mail for shipping on 4 or 5 gallon bulk, or out of continental U.S.

Shipping cost:
It has always been our policy to charge a reasonable and fair shipping cost that is as close to our actual incurred cost as possible. For orders within the continental United States, the shipping cost quoted on our web site represents our best estimate of our actual cost. As a practical matter, if our actual cost is within $2.00 (up or down) of this cost, we will process the order using the quoted amount. If the cost exceeds the quoted amount by more than this (including orders placed on our web site outside of the continental U.S.), we will e-mail you the revised amount and ask for your authorization prior to shipping the ordered product and prior to any credit card authorization. A 10% fee (not to exceed $20.00) will apply for any required custom forms relating to international shipments.

Free/discounted shipping:
If your total order is over $200, then free shipping will be provided. Please note that if you place an order with free or discounted shipping, that reduction will not be initially included on the online order form, but you will NOT be charged a shipping cost when your card is processed (or if discounted, a credit provided against the shipping cost).

Returns policy:
If you do not get the results we provided in our information, just call or email us, once we have determined our product was used correctly, you can then get an RA number and return your purchase even if the bottles are empty and get a FULL REFUND!  To date, we have not had but two such contacts and not one bottle has ever been returned… that is some track record so we are proud to tell you about it!
